Submitting Articles

The Journal welcomes article submissions from its readers.

Technical manuscripts and news items should be emailed to

Authors should include the following:

  1. An electronic file in Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, ASCII or PDF format.
  2. A statement of copyright ownership.
  3. A short (one paragraph) author profile.
  4. The author's name, address, daytime phone and fax numbers, email address, affiliation and professional status.

Please reserve your ad space according to the following schedule:

Issue Inputs Due By Publish Date
Spring February 10 April 10
Summer June 10 August 10
Fall October 10 December 10

If photographs are to be included, please send them as separate .jpg, .tif, .psd or .eps files, not embedded in the text file. Photographs for the print version of the journal must be at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at final size.

Submissions accepted for publication will be copy-edited.
